Can I access my unit or parking spot 24/7?

Yes, you can. You can access your unit or the gate through your mobile access app.
Do you have security cameras?

Yes, we do. Each area has multiple cameras and the building has cameras all around it.
How big of a unit do I need?

Our 5’ x 7’ or 6’ x 6’ works great for all those extra boxes/totes you might have around.

Our 5’ x 12’ or 6’ x 12’ works great for a Studio or One Bedroom Apartment.

Our 7’ x 15’ works great for a Two-Bedroom Apartment or Small House.
Do I need to provide my own lock?

Yes, you do. We do have locks available for sale.
Heated verses Climate Control:

Heated means that the area is heated during the colder months with no air conditioning during the warmer months. Climate Control offers both heating and cooling. We provide heated areas in our storage facility. We heat the unit areas to 55 degrees in the colder months.
What can I put in storage and what cannot be put in storage?

Can: Holiday decorations, paperwork, furniture, home appliances, books, antiques, clothing, toys.

Can’t: Food, plants, live animals, hazardous materials.
